Project management is about setting clear targets and creating a smooth path to reach those sometimes complex targets. In this process we ensure a complete overview, an efficient work plan and clear responsibilities. We bring in specialists where necessary.

FV mainly manages projects centered in aimed at developing countries, in which many stakeholders participate. These mare often public-private partnerships (both in donor and producer countries).
